Booze Express Luton operates under UK licensing laws and must ensure that alcohol and age-restricted products are only supplied to customers aged 18 or over. To comply with the law and protect our community, we strictly follow the Challenge 25 policy for all alcohol sales and deliveries.

Challenge 25 – What It Means

If you look under 25, our delivery driver will ask for a valid photo ID to confirm you are at least 18 years old.
This applies to every order, including repeat customers.

This policy helps prevent underage sales and ensures we meet all legal requirements for off-licence alcohol delivery.

Accepted Forms of ID

You must provide one of the following valid documents:

• UK photocard driving licence

• Valid passport

• PASS-approved ID card (CitizenCard, MyID, etc.)

• Home Office-approved immigration status document with photo

Digital copies, screenshots, or photocopies cannot be accepted.

Age Verification on Delivery

To complete your order, you must:

• Be present at the delivery address

• Show a valid original ID if requested

• Ensure the person receiving the order is 18 or over

If no valid ID is provided, the driver is legally required to refuse delivery, and no refund will be issued for opened or perishable items.

Refusal of Sale

Our staff and drivers will refuse a sale if:

• You cannot provide a valid ID when requested

• The ID appears fake, altered, or invalid

• The person collecting appears intoxicated

• The order is intended for someone under 18

These rules are part of UK licensing laws and apply to all off-licence businesses.

Customer Responsibility

By ordering from Booze Express Luton, you agree that:

• You will not provide alcohol to minors
