These Terms & Conditions explain how Booze Express Luton provides alcohol delivery and off-licence services across the local area. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. Please read them carefully before contacting us.

1. About Booze Express Luton

Booze Express Luton is a 24/7 off-licence offering delivery of alcohol, soft drinks, snacks, tobacco and essential groceries within a 5-mile radius of Luton. Our service is designed to provide fast, reliable delivery at competitive prices.

2. Ordering Process

All orders must be placed by phone on 07395 520886.
We do not accept online orders, website checkout orders or messages as confirmation of an order.

To place an order, you must provide:

  • Your name

  • Delivery address

  • Contact number

  • Your selected items

Orders are only confirmed once accepted by our team.

3. Minimum Order Requirement

We operate a £15 minimum order for all deliveries.
Orders below this amount cannot be accepted.

4. Delivery Area & Charges

  • Delivery is free within 5 miles of Luton.

  • If you live slightly outside this radius, please call to confirm availability.

  • Delivery times vary based on demand, traffic and time of day.

We aim for fast delivery, but times cannot be guaranteed.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Bank transfer (must be completed before handover)

We do not currently accept card payments or online checkout payments.

6. Age Verification (Challenge 25 Policy)

Booze Express Luton follows the Challenge 25 policy for all age-restricted products.

You must:

  • Be 18 or over

  • Show a valid photo ID if requested

  • Ensure the person receiving the delivery is over 18

Accepted ID includes:
Driving licence, passport, PASS-approved card.

If a valid ID cannot be provided, the driver must legally refuse the sale, and no refund will be issued for opened or perishable items.

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • No valid ID is provided

  • The customer appears intoxicated

  • Delivery is requested for a minor

  • The delivery location is unsafe

  • The customer is rude, abusive or uncooperative

  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues

This is for safety and legal compliance.

8. Pricing & Availability

All prices listed on our website or communicated by phone are correct at the time of publication. Prices may change due to supplier costs or stock availability.

If an item is out of stock, we may suggest an alternative product.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of alcohol and perishable goods:

  • We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer if approved.

  • Customers must report issues at the time of delivery or within a reasonable period.

10. Customer Responsibilities

By ordering from Booze Express Luton, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information

  • Be available to receive the delivery

  • Have a valid ID ready if requested

  • Pay for the order using the agreed method

Failure to meet these requirements may lead to the refusal of delivery.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Misuse or consumption of products after delivery
