We deliver to customers within a 5-mile radius of Luton.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Luton Town Centre
Bury Park
Leagrave
Marsh Farm
Stopsley
Wigmore
Farley Hill
Challney
Surrounding neighbourhoods
If you are slightly outside the 5-mile range, please call us to confirm whether delivery is possible.
Delivery is free within 5 miles.
2. Delivery Hours
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including:
Weekends
Bank holidays
Late-night and early-morning hours
Orders can be placed anytime by phone.

4. Minimum Order
A £15 minimum order applies to all deliveries.
Orders below this amount cannot be delivered.

8. Age Verification (Challenge 25)
To comply with UK licensing laws:
You MUST be 18 or over to order alcohol
If you look under 25, the driver will ask for a valid ID
Accepted ID includes:
Driving licence
Passport
PASS-approved card
If ID cannot be provided, delivery will be refused, and no refund will be issued for opened products.
9. Refusal of Delivery
Our drivers may refuse delivery if:
Valid ID is not provided
You appear intoxicated
Delivery appears to be for someone under 18
The delivery location is unsafe
The customer is aggressive or abusive
Payment is not completed
This is for legal compliance and driver safety.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate address details
Be available to receive the delivery
Have a valid ID ready if requested
Ensure a safe drop-off location
Do not attempt to purchase for anyone under 18
11. Delivery Fees
Delivery is free within 5 miles of Luton.
If a delivery is requested outside our radius, additional fees may apply depending on the distance — call us to confirm.
12. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please call us immediately.
Orders cannot be cancelled once:
The driver has left for delivery, or
The order has been handed over
