Booze Express Luton provides fast, reliable, 24/7 delivery of alcohol, drinks, snacks, groceries and tobacco across Luton. This Delivery Policy explains how our service works, including delivery times, coverage areas, payments, age checks and customer responsibilities.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to customers within a 5-mile radius of Luton.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Luton Town Centre

  • Bury Park

  • Leagrave

  • Marsh Farm

  • Stopsley

  • Wigmore

  • Farley Hill

  • Challney

  • Surrounding neighbourhoods

If you are slightly outside the 5-mile range, please call us to confirm whether delivery is possible.

Delivery is free within 5 miles.

2. Delivery Hours

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including:

  • Weekends

  • Bank holidays

  • Late-night and early-morning hours

Orders can be placed anytime by phone.

3. How to Order

To place an order:

  3. Provide your delivery address

  4. Confirm your order total and availability

We DO NOT accept orders:

  • Through the website

  • By email

  • Through social media messages

Phone orders ensure accuracy and fast service.

4. Minimum Order

A £15 minimum order applies to all deliveries.

Orders below this amount cannot be delivered.

5. Payment Options

We currently accept:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Bank transfer (must be completed before the order is handed over)

We do not accept:

  • Card payments

  • Online checkout payments

  • PayPal or other digital wallets

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on:

  • Time of day

  • Traffic

  • Order size

  • Distance from our location

We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but times cannot be guaranteed.

7. Stock & Availability

All items listed on our Drinks & Price List are usually in stock.
If something is unavailable, we may:

  • Offer a similar alternative

  • Suggest a different brand

  • Adjust your order total

8. Age Verification (Challenge 25)

To comply with UK licensing laws:

  • You MUST be 18 or over to order alcohol

  • If you look under 25, the driver will ask for a valid ID

  • Accepted ID includes:

    • Driving licence

    • Passport

    • PASS-approved card

If ID cannot be provided, delivery will be refused, and no refund will be issued for opened products.

9. Refusal of Delivery

Our drivers may refuse delivery if:

  • Valid ID is not provided

  • You appear intoxicated

  • Delivery appears to be for someone under 18

  • The delivery location is unsafe

  • The customer is aggressive or abusive

  • Payment is not completed

This is for legal compliance and driver safety.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate address details

  • Be available to receive the delivery

  • Have a valid ID ready if requested

  • Ensure a safe drop-off location

  • Do not attempt to purchase for anyone under 18

11. Delivery Fees

Delivery is free within 5 miles of Luton.
If a delivery is requested outside our radius, additional fees may apply depending on the distance — call us to confirm.

12. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please call us immediately.
Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • The driver has left for delivery, or

  • The order has been handed over
